INCENTIVES AND EVALUATIONSScenario: You are all supervisors in a manufacturing

company.You are responsible for a line of workers who make right front

fenders.It’s evaluation time…

The job requires that each person make 100 fenders a day; No mistakes

So, you have to give each of your workers a raise based on a 1 to 5 evaluation for the job requirements as follows:

1 = Poor 2% raise2 = Fair 4% raise3 = Average 5% raise4 = Above average 8 % raise5 = Excellent 10% raise

EMPLOYEE AOur first employee makes 98 fenders a day, no mistakes, no days off. What is your rating?

1 = Poor 2% raise2 = Fair 4% raise3 = Average 5% raise4 = Above average 8 % raise5 = Excellent 10% raise

EMPLOYEE BOur next employee makes 90 fenders a day, no mistakes, no days off. What is your rating??1 = Poor 2% raise2 = Fair 4% raise3 = Average 5% raise4 = Above average 8 % raise5 = Excellent 10% raise

Grade Grading Criteria

A: 36-40 points

·         Makes one primary response for all discussion threads with at least 1 reference to the unit materials, text, or other academic source.

·         Responses are on topic, original, and contribute to the quality of the discussion.·         Responses make frequent, clearly written, informed references to unit material.   ·         Three or more responses per thread to classmates that are thoughtful and advance the

discussion.

RUBRICS UNITS 3, 4, AND 8

A: 90-100

points 

Content: Each part of the Assignment is addressed in depth. Demonstrates a deep understanding of the purpose of each part of the Assignment.

Language:  A couple spelling, grammatical, and syntax errors

Format: Assignment template followed if applicable
