Features: Vehicle Details

The Vehicle Details screen stores all the details of vehicle like its brand, model, type, manufacture date and there is also some unique feature that you will not find else where, like next P.U.C date, Next Service date, Next Oil change date etc.

Now user will not have to bother to remind all these important dates. After setting next service date there is a alarm facility which reminds the user that now his vehicle needs a service, oil change or parsing.

Vehicle details can be filtered by company, branch. It can also be used to find a specific vehicle quickly by its type, brand or model.

Features: Find My VehiclesFind my vehicle screen helps user to see current location of the selected vehicle or group of vehicles on the map.Most important and unique feature we provide here is CLUSTER. Where user can see number of vehicle in a circle image and by zooming in individual vehicle location can be viewed.User can see a car image on the location of the vehicle. By single click on the car image a tooltip will be visible which will display following details of the vehicle.•Tour Name• Vehicle No•Vehicle - Driver Name •Vehicle Brand - Model •Vehicle Location•From Last Start •Event Today•Total Travelled Duration•Total Driving - Stop Time •Speed From First Start •Total Travelled km

Features: Alarm Specification The Alarm Specification screen is used to get alert as SMS or E-mail to the user in wanted/unwanted cases. This is a very important feature to ignore future problems and to keep safety levels.For e.g. If Travel duration is set as less then 2 hour and driver takes 4 hours to reach the destination then the alert SMS or E-mail will be send to the user.Alarms can be set for many circumstances. Few are mentioned below. Petrol Missing• Door Open• Tank Open• Unplanned Stop• Reached Address• Toll Tax station• Check point not reached•No GPS Signal

Features: Vehicle Group Map View of the vehicle can be done for the group of vehicles. This group which contains more than one vehicles can be create here.Vehicle group can be created for filtered company and location

This screen will give information like total kilometers, total time of the tour, driver allocated to the vehicle, etc. of the whole tour.Purpose of this screen is to compare planned tour and actual tour.This screen provide following information about defined tour• number of Stops• Average Speed• Total Kilometers• Total Time• Source to Destination place

Records can be filter by type of vehicles.
