Based in Atlanta, GA, Megan McKeithan, contemporary artist and founder of Visionary Mural Company, creates exceptional mixed media paintings, as well as fine art murals, trompe l’oeil illusions, and complete environments for homes and businesses around the country. Megan grew up in North Carolina and graduated as a Durant Scholar Magna Cum Laude from Wellesley College with honors in both Studio Art and Art History. While at Wellesley, she also studied architectural design at MIT and mural painting at Savannah College of Art and Design. Her love of people, of collaboration, and of creating murals first blossomed while painting community mural projects at SCAD during her junior year. Since then she has worked with more than 4,000 people to create large-scale mural projects. She has also worked as a project manager in public murals and 2-D and 3-D museum exhibit design and fabrication, and taught painting and project management courses for teachers and students aged pre-school-101.

Drawing on her extensive experience over more than 22 years, she creates unique works of art on canvas, walls, or panels, each of which is perfect for her clients and their architecture.
