First Time Application

A first time applicant is someone who is either applying for an electronic visa for the first time or has had a previous application rejected. Enrolled Incorrect Visa Type - Case 1

This is a scenario where an applicant has been mistakenly enrolled for the incorrect type of visa. The supervisor, in this case logs in to the system prior to the applicant making a payment, and makes the necessary change to the application. It is important to do this before acceptance of payment as the amount to be paid depends on the type of visa. The rest of the process from payment onwards continues as usual.
