Mandiri Cash Management (MCM) Sysadmin Feature

Sysadmin User Guide useful for company admin to do and monitor non financial (information) and financial activity.

Mandiri cash management sysadmin2 consists of: 1. User Management

Service that allows sysadmin to set limits, set up user authorization, and group settings.

2. Account Management Service that allows sysadmin to set account hierarchy, account setup , account group , and abeneficiary list.

3. Maintenance Service that allows sysadmin to create LLD category at LLD information.

4. Utilities Service that allows sysadmin to change password, unlock user, user manager, and do contact with helpdesk.

5. Report Services that allows sysadmin in performing non-financial inquiry, company consolidation, transaction limit usage, and company login information.

Mandiri cash management sysadmin2 consists of: 1. Pending Task

Services that allows sysadmin2 to view and approve all pending task that has been made by sysadmin1.

2. Utilities Service that allows sysadmin to change password, unlock user, user manager, and do contact with helpdesk.

3. Report Services that allows sysadmin in performing non-financial inquiry, company consolidation, transaction limit usage, and company login information.

Mandiri Cash Management (MCM) Login page

To log in you need to input company ID, user and password that you got from the bank and then click login.

Transaction Screen

Transaction user type Mandiri cash management (MCM) is a system that uses the principle of multi-user and dual control, both in the management of the company ID and the activity of the operational implementation of the transaction.

Administrator user ID (non financial) 1. Sysadmin1 Users who acts as the main admin with full access to set the user structure, account structure, menu access, limit setting and approval scheme of the transaction. 2. Sysadmin2 Users who acted as administrator for sysadmin1 dual control, its function to the approval of any changes to internal settings ID stand alone cash management (MCM) conducted sysadmin1. User transactions (financial) 1. Maker Users who acts as the creator of a transaction in the system to include all data and information required in a transaction. 2. Approver Users who act as examinator and approver for any transaction initiated by the maker. 3. Releaser Users who deliver approved transaction into the system.

Sysadmin1

Authorized Limit Scheme This menu is use to set limit scheme based on level of authority. Limit is set in one currency and then for the other currency system will count its equivalent. Authorized limit setup for each approval level consists of:

- Maker Limit, a maximum limit for maker in creating transaction. - Single Limit, an individual maximum limit for approver in authorise a

transaction. - Cross Group Limit, a cross-group user maximum limit for approver in

authorise a transaction. - Intra Group Limit, an intra-group user maximum limit for approver in

authorise a transaction. A. Authorized Limit Scheme, search

1. From User Management Authorized Limit Scheme. 2. Click search, system will show list of approver levels.

3. Click on the hyperlink to see the detail.

B. Authorized Limit Scheme, add 1. From User Management Authorized Limit Scheme, and then click

add.

2. Select Approval Level, input Approval Level Alias and select Limit

Currency. 3. Input Maker Limit, Single Approval Limit, Intra Group Approval Limit,

and Cross Group Approval Limit. 4. Click Submit to directly send this task to sysadmin2 or Submit and Add

to add more record and then submit the task to sysadmin2 or click Back to return to input screen.

5. After you submit the task there will be a pop up screen ask for your confirmation to proceed the task, click OK to proceed.

6. This task requires approval and will be in sysadmin2’s Pending Task.

C. Authorized Limit Scheme, delete 1. From User Management Authorized Limit Scheme, click search. 2. Select Approval Level you want to delete and click Delete. 3. There will be a pop up screen ask for your confirmation to proceed the

task, click OK to proceed. 4. This task requires approval and will be in sysadmin2’s Pending Task.

D. Authorized Limit Scheme, edit 1. From User Management Authorized Limit Scheme, click search. 2. Select Approval Level you want to edit and click edit. 3. Do all necessary changes, click Submit or click Back to return

Approval Matrix Approval Matrix is a matrix setting for the approval process, this matrix can be

arranged based on nominal of transaction and type of transaction.

A. Approval Matrix, search 1. From User Management Approval Matrix.

2. Form droplist choose a menu then click search. 3. System will show Approval Matrix Listing.

B. Approval Matrix, add 1. From User Management Approval Matrix. 2. Form droplist choose a Menu then click Search then add.

3. In Approval Matrix Add, input your first range limit approval, no. of

approval required, no. of. user required, approval level required, user group option required, and target user group if needed, then click Add. Continue to your second range limit approval and so on if needed.

4. All range limit approval that has been added, will appear in

the Approval Matrix Listing, check mark in the check box, then click confirm to proceed to approver, or click remove from list to remove recorrd or click back to to return to input screen.

5. There will be a pop up screen ask for your confirmation to proceed the task, click OK to proceed.

6. This task requires approval and will be in sysadmin2’s Pending Task.

C. Approval Matrix, edit 1. From User Management Approval Matrix. 2. Form droplist choose a menu you want to edit then click search. 3. From Approval Matrix Listing then click Edit.

4. System will show Approval Matrix Add.

5. To add range of approval, input your range limit approval, no. of

approval required, no. of. user required, approval level required, user group option required, and target user group if needed, then click Add To List.

6. To remove approval matrix list, check mark in the check box then Remove From List.

7. After add and/or delete, click confirm then submit or click back to return to input screen.

8. There will be a pop up screen ask for your confirmation to proceed the task, click OK to proceed.

9. This task requires approval and will be in sysadmin2’s Pending Task.

D. Approval Matrix, Delete 1. From User Management Approval Matrix. 2. Form droplist choose a menu you want to delete then click search. 3. Click Delete.

4. There will be a pop up screen ask for your confirmation to proceed the

task, click OK to proceed. 5. This task requires approval and will be in sysadmin2’s Pending Task.

Group (user) User grouping based on accessible features, limit of transaction, and accounts grouping.

A. Admin Group, Search 1. From User Management Group, click search. 2. To search by Role, click the radio button and select Admin Group from

the drop list, click search.

3. Click on hyperlink to see detail.

B. Admin Group, Add

1. From User Management Group, click add.

2. Choose Company from droplist. 3. Input User Id, User Name and Email for Admin 1 and Admin 2. 4. Select Authentification Type from droplist. 5. Select Device No from droplist.

6. Move to User Features Listing tab and check mark necessary menu to be given.

7. Click Confirm to continue or click Back to return to group page. 8. On Admin Group Confirm confirmation page, re-check your input.

C. Admin Group, edit

1. From User Management Group, click search. 2. From Admin Group listing, click on the hyperlink the record you want to

edit.

3. Click Edit. 4. Make all necessary changes and then click Confirm or click Back to return

to group page. 5. After you confirm, click Submit. 6. There will be a pop up screen ask for your confirmation to proceed the

task, click OK to proceed.

D. User Group, search 1. From From User Management Group, click search. 2. To search by Role, click the radio button and select Admin Group from

the drop list, click search.

E. User Group, add 1. From User Management Group, click Add.

2. Input User Group Code and User Group Name. 3. Select Account Group from droplist, this affect to accessible account for

current grup.

4. Select User Features Listing by giving check mark in check box this affect to accessible menu for current grup.

5. Fill in maimum transaction amount in Limit List tab, this affect to maximum total amount transaction per menu per day.

6. Click Submit.

F. Penghapusan User Group (Delete User Group)

1. From From User Management Group, click search.

2. From user Group listing, click on the hyperlink the record you want to

delete. 3. Click Delete. 4. There will be a pop up screen ask for your confirmation to proceed the

task, click OK to proceed. 5. This task requires approval and will be in sysadmin2’s Pending Task.

G. User Group, edit 1. From User Management Group, click search.

2. From user Group listing, click on the hyperlink the record you want to

edit. 3. Click edit 4. Do all necessary changes

User This menu is use to create, edit, delete and other maintenance user.

A. User, search 1. From User Management User, click search

2. To search by User group, click the radio button and select User Group

from the drop list, click search. 3. Click on hyperlink to see detail

B. User, add 1. From User Management Group, click Add.

2. Complete the required information, especially the mandatory

fields (mandatory fields are written in bold text). 3. Click Submit to immediately send this task to approover or click Submit

and Add to add more beneficiary and then send it to approver or click back to return to input screen

4. There will be a pop up screen ask for your confirmation to proceed the task, click OK to proceed.

5. This task requires approval and will be in sysadmin2’s Pending Task.

C. User, delete 1. From User Management Group, click Search.

2. Search user name you want to delete, and give check mark

D. User, edit

1. From User Management Group, click Search.

2. Click on user ID hyperlink to edit the record.

3. Do all necessary changes.

4. Click Submit to continue or click Back to return to user detail. 5. There will be a pop up screen ask for your confirmation to proceed the

Account Hierarchy Level

Account Hierarchy Level is use to create hierarchy (leveling) in all registered account in company.

A. Account Hierarchy Level, edit 1. From Account ManagementAccount Hierarchy Level, click edit.

2. Do necessary changes, add or remove (details explanation below).

B. Account Hierarchy Level, add

1. From edit screen above, input code and name then click Add.

2. Click submit to complete the task and sent to approver, or click

back to return to account hierarchy level screen.

D. Account Hierarchy Level Listing, remove

1. From Account ManagementAccount Hierarchy Level, click edit. 2. Select the record you want to remove then click Remove and Submit.

3. There will be a pop up screen ask for your confirmation to proceed the

task, click OK to proceed. 4. This task requires approval and will be in sysadmin2’s Pending Task.

Account Hierarchy Account Hierarchy is used to add account to account hierarchy level that has been made previously.

A. Account Hierarchy, add

1. From Account ManagementAccount Hierarchy, click Add.

2. Input Induk Code and Induk Name, then click search.

3. System will show Account Search List, select account you want to add in

selected hierarchy level.

4. Click Add To List. 5. Click submit to complete the task and sent to approver, or click

back to return to input screen. 6. There will be a pop up screen ask for your confirmation to proceed the

task, click OK to proceed. 7. This task requires approval and will be in sysadmin2’s Pending Task.

B. Account Hierarchy, edit

1. From Account ManagementAccount Hierarchy, click hyperlink on selected Cabang Code you want to edit.

2. System will show Cabang Detail, click Edit

3. Do all necessary changes and click Submit or click back to return

to input screen.

4. There will be a pop up screen ask for your confirmation to proceed the

task, click OK to proceed. 5. This task requires approval and will be in sysadmin2’s Pending Task.

C. Account Hierarchy, delete cabang code

1. From Account ManagementAccount Hierarchy, click hyperlink on selected Cabang Code you want to delete then click delete, or directly

check mark on seleceted Cabang Code and click delete.

D. Account Hierarchy, view tree

1. To view Account Hierarchy that has been made, click the Account Hierarchy Tree View tab.

Account Set Up Account Setup menu is use to create account alias and set account limit. Account alias is renaming in MCM system of certain accounts in accorandce with customer needs to quickly identify each account.

Account Limit is a limit imposed on an account, based on customer needs.

A. Account Alias

1. From Account Management Account Setup.

2. Click to select an account. 3. On Account Alias tab, fill ni account alias name you want, then click

Submit.

4. There will be a pop up screen ask for your confirmation to proceed the

task, click OK to proceed. 5. This task requires approval and will be in sysadmin2’s Pending Task.

B. Account Limit

1. From Account Management Account Setup. 2. Click Account Limit tab.

3. Click to select an account. 4. On Account Limit tab, fill ni max account debit limit per transaction you

want, then click Submit.

Account Group Account group is use to grouping several accounts based on user group accessible accounts.

A. Account Group, view 1. From Account Management Account Group.

2. Click on group code hyerlink to see details.

B. Account Group, edit 1. From Account Management Account Group.

2. Click on group code hyerlink to see details then click edit.

4. Click confirm then submit to complete the task and sent to

approver, or click back to return to input screen. 5. There will be a pop up screen ask for your confirmation to proceed the

C. Account Group, delete

1. From Account Management Account Group.

2. Click on group code hyerlink to see details then click delete.

group.

4. Click confirm then submit to complete the task and sent to

approver, or click back to return to input screen. 5. There will be a pop up screen ask for your confirmation to proceed the

D. Account Group, add

1. From Account Management Account Group, click Add.

2. Input Group Code and Group Name and check mark account(s) you

want to give to this account grup, and set whether this acccount will be Allow Debit or not, Allow Credit or not, and Allow Inquiry or not.

E. Account Group, delete

1. From Account ManagementAccount Group, click hyperlink on selected Group Code you want to delete then click delete, or directly check mark

on seleceted Group Code and click delete.

2. Click confirm then submit to complete the task and sent to approver,

or click back to return to input screen. 3. There will be a pop up screen ask for your confirmation to proceed the

task, click OK to proceed. 4. This task requires approval and will be in sysadmin2’s Pending Task.

Beneficiary List Beneficiary List is use to register 3rd party (beneficiary) account number. Maker

will be restricted only credited to these accounts list.

A. Beneficiary List, search My Bank 1. From Account Management Beneficiary List. 2. Choose My Bank tab. 3. Input Account Name (optional). 4. Select User Group from droplist. 5. Click Search.

B. Beneficiary List, add My Bank 1. From Account Management Beneficiary List. 2. Choose My Bank tab, click add.

3. Input Account No and select User Group then click confirm.

4. System will show accout details, re-check whether this is the right account

to add or not.

5. You may set Notification Flag to send, if you want to send an email(s)

credit notifications. 6. Click Submit to directly send this task to approver or click Submit

and Add to add a more beneficiary first or click back to return

to input screen. 7. There will be a pop up screen ask for your confirmation to proceed the

task, click OK to proceed. 8. This task requires approval and will be in sysadmin2’s Pending Task.

C. Beneficiary List, search Domestic Bank

1. From Account Management Beneficiary List. 2. Choose Domestic Bank tab, click search.

3. Input Unique Name (optional). 4. Choose Bank (optional). 5. Select User Group and then click search.

D. Beneficiary List, add Domestic Bank

1. From Account Management Beneficiary List. 2. From tampilan tab Domestic Bank, click Add.

3. Input all information needed, specially mandatory field (sign by bold

text). 4. Click Submit to directly send this task to approver or click Submit

and Add to add a more beneficiary first or click back to return

to input screen. 5. There will be a pop up screen ask for your confirmation to proceed the

task, click OK to proceed. 6. This task requires approval and will be in sysadmin2’s Pending Task.

E. Beneficiary List, search International Bank

1. From Account Management Beneficiary List. 2. Choose Internasional Bank tab, click add.

Beneficiary List, upload Beneficiary List upload is use to register 3rd party (beneficiary) account number

through uploading file.

1. From Account Management Beneficiary List Upload.

2. Select User Group and File Format from droplist. 3. Browse File Upload. 4. Select Beneficiary Type by selecting in radio button whether it will be

inhouse Bank Mandiri, domestic bank or mixed (Bank Mandiri & other banks).

5. Click Upload. 6. System will show conformation page. 7. Click Submit to continue or click back to return to input screen. 8. This task requires approval and will be in sysadmin2’s Pending Task.

LLD Information

Information LLD is a menu that is use to maintain LLD category.

A. LLD Information, view 1. From Maintenance LLD Information.

B. LLD Information, edit 1. From Maintenance LLD Information, click Edit.

2. Select LLD Category then click submit

3. Click Submit to send this task to approver or click back to return to LLD

information screen. 4. There will be a pop up screen ask for your confirmation to proceed the

task, click OK to proceed. 5. This task requires approval and will be in sysadmin2’s Pending Task.

Change Password

System Administrator user can change password any time he/she needed.

1. From Utilities Change Password. 2. System will show Change Password Information

3. Input your Old Password, New Password, and re-Confirm New Password. 4. Click submit.

FAQ This menu show several common questions and it’s answer related to the using of Mandiri Cash Management.

1. From Utilities FAQ. 2. System will show FAQ

User Manager This menu can be used to release an user ID that is still logged in the system.

Example because in proper log out or lost connection. If an user facing

message "User is still log-in" then she/he can ask sysadmin to release their user

ID.

1. From Utilities User Manager, click search.

2. Input User ID (optional). 3. Select from drop list Y (yes) or N (no) whether this user still login or not

optional).

4. Click Search. 5. System will show user listing. 6. Select which user(s) you want to change it’s login status by giving

check mark in the checkbox.

7. Click Update Checked. 8. If you want to change the status of all login user, click Update All No.

Helpdesk If you or your user having difficulties in using MCM, you may submit your

question(s) to bank through this menu.

A. Inbox, view 1. From Utilities Help Desk. 2. System will show Inbox tab.

3. Click on hyperlink to see details.

B. Message, reply 1. From Utilities Help Desk

2. Click on reply or you can see the details first (click on hyperlink) then

click reply. 3. Write on reply message column and then click Submit or click

back to return to inbox screen.

4. There will be a pop up screen ask for your confirmation to proceed the

task, click OK to proceed.

C. Message, delete 1. From Utilities Help Desk

2. Select which message(s) you want to delete by giving check mark in

the checkbox and click delete. 3. Or you can see the details first (click on hyperlink) then click delete. 4. There will be a pop up screen ask for your confirmation to proceed the

task, click OK to proceed.

D. Sent Item, view 1. From Utilities Help Desk. 2. Click on Sent Items tab.

3. Click on subject hyperlink to see details.

E. Sent Item, delete

1. From Utilities Help Desk. 2. Click on Sent Items tab.

3. Select which sent items message(s) you want to delete by giving

check mark in the checkbox and click delete. 4. Or you can see the details first (click on hyperlink) then click delete. 5. There will be a pop up screen ask for your confirmation to proceed the

task, click OK to proceed.

F. Message, compose 1. From Utilities Help Desk. 2. Click on Compose tab. 3. Type the subject and your message.

4. Click Submit to continue or click reset to remove all or click

back to return to inbox screen. 5. There will be a pop up screen ask for your confirmation to proceed the

task, click OK to proceed.

Unlock User This menu is used to lock or unlock all registered user ID in your company.

1. From Utilities Unlock User.

2. Input User ID (optional) and select status (lock or unlock, this optional). 3. Click Search. 4. System will show list of user basedon criteria you set before.

5. Select which user(s) you want to lock/unlock by giving check mark in the checkbox and click lock or unlock.

6. There will be a pop up screen ask for your confirmation to proceed the task, click OK to proceed.

General Set Up, Check Customer Reference No This menu is use to:

- turn on/off validation (checking) in Customer Reference No inputed by maker.

- to overwrite or not blank Customer Reference No inputed by maker in to Transaction No.

- and display settings of latest transaction history.

Customer Reference No. is a unique number created by customer (in this case by maker), maximum 20 characters. If you enable the validation, the transactionis inputted with the same customer reference will be rejected by system.

1. From Utilities General setup – check customer reference no., then click Edit.

2. Select which general setup you want to set by giving check mark in

the checkbox then click Submit. 3. There will be a pop up screen ask for your confirmation to proceed the task,

click OK to proceed. 4. This task requires approval and will be in sysadmin2’s Pending Task.

General Set Up, pending task This menu is use to set how many records of pending task/ transaction status/ standing insruction to be shown in one page.

1. From menu utama, click Utilities General setup – pending task, select setup type pada droplist, click continue.

2. Click Edit.

3. Select on radio button the kind of setup type you want, click confirm.

4. There will be a pop up screen ask for your confirmation to proceed the task,

click OK to proceed. 5. This task requires approval and will be in sysadmin2’s Pending Task.

Company Non Financial, search

The menu is use to view non-financial reports in your company ID.

1. From Report Company Non Financial. 2. System will show Company Non Financial Information page.

3. Select Activity By from picklist (optional). 4. Select Menu from droplist (optional). 5. Select From Date and To Date from picklist, then click Search. 6. System will show the report, click on hyperlink to see details.

Company Consolidation, search This menu is use to view the company settings that have been done by company sysadmin1 & 2.

1. From Report Company Consolidation.

2. Select the report you want to view by clicking the check mark in the

check box, click Search. 3. system will show Company Consolidate Report.

Company Login Information, Search

This menu is use to view the activity log of all registered user ID in this company ID.

2. Write down User Id (optional). 3. Select Transaction Type by choosing in radio button. If you choose history

you have to select From Date and To Date from picklist then click Search, but if you choose last you can directly click search.

A. Pending Task, view This menu is use to view the tasks that have not been approved by sysadmin2. 1. From Daftar Tugas “Pending Task”

2. Click on service hyperlink to see details.

B. Pending Task, approve

1. On pending task listing check mark in the check box all the tasks you want to approve, then click confirm.

5. Click Done to return to previous page. 6. Click Print to print this page. 7. Click Save As to save this page.

2. Click reject. 3. There will be a pop up screen ask for your confirmation to proceed the

task, click OK to proceed. 4. System will show confirmation page.
