The US Army Corps of Engineers completed jurisdictional determinations for each wetland identified in the Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS) Wetland Delineation Technical Report (October, 2005). The Jurisdictional Determination Forms have been added as an addendum to the Wetland Delineation Technical Report and provide the rationale for each of the jurisdictional determinations.
