4. Assess the attainment of SIP goals- were goals met, why or why not?

5. Revise your Comprehensive Needs Assessment - update all sections of the CNA

6. Use the CNA revision process to revise and/or update your plan, including the professional development plan and intervention matrix

New SIP Chairs

Online SIP for all forms (CNA, Team, MVV, Goals, PD and Intervention Matrix) and School Websites updated by August 31st YR and September 30th Traditional

brainstorm answers. Record your thoughts and ideas on the chart paper.

• Move to another table and respond with one or more of the following:

disagree and why

complete the same process. • Repeat the process until all groups have

visited each chart paper.• Return to your original chart paper and

read the responses. • Discuss findings with table. • Summarize the ideas to share with the
