• As of 31 July 2011, 221 LGUs have already completed all the necessary processes in streamlining. (180 LGUs from the 480 target list; 41 LGUs are non-target).
• 119 LGUs are currently undertaking the different processes (steps, days, forms, signatories)(89 LGUs from the 480 target list; 30 LGUs are non-target).
