SPRING COUNTERBALANCE is computer designed.Using USP Helical Power Pack springs. Housingsrotate around a fixed pipe shaft using steel cupbearings.

GUIDES to be rolled formed from 11 gauge steelin to a 2 1/2" deep channel wi th 3/8" returns.Guide is field welded to mounting angle, minimum2" x 2" x 1/8" hot rolled.

HOODS shal l consist of #24 U.S. gauge steel .Hoods a re des i gned t o p ro tec t and housecounterbalance assembly.

END BRACKET PLATES shall be of sufficient gaugeto minimize deflection. Each plate has weldedang le p i pe suppo r t t o accep t sp r i ng sha f tassembly.

LOCKING using "HASPS & PINS" a galvanizedsteel pin padlocked to a steel hasp welded to thet r ack . Fo r o t he r l o ck i ng mechan i sms see"LOCKS".

FINISH all exposed non-galvanized surfaces shallreceive a shop coat of rust inhibiting primer. Fieldpainting not included in this section.
