Belly fat consists of layers of fatty tissues that cover the abdominal muscle fibers.

Sit-ups will strengthen your stomach muscles, but you have to eat the right amount of food and get aerobic exercise to shrink the fat around your middle.

Dude….....

There are two types of abdominal fat: Visceral fat is deep inside your stomach and is easier to lose (metabolizes faster), Subcutaneous fat is right under your skin and is the stuff that makes your gut stick out.
