Step 1: Institution Registration - Before signing up a team manager account, make sure you have registered your institution. To do so, click on “Institutions.” If you cannot find your institution, navigate to the button that says “Click here to add your institution now”.

- Make sure to input the Name of Institution, the Abbreviation of your institution and your Country. There is no need to add a website!

Step 2: Institution Registration Confirmation - When your institution has been registered, you should be able to find it on the table of “Registered Institutions”

-Click on “Add team manager” to proceed

Step 3: Team Manager’s Information - One student should act as Team manager for your institution. He/she will be the Orgcomm's contact person for the registration process.

- Make sure to complete the boxes asking for the manager's name, email, phone number and password. Select your institution from the drop-down box.

Step 4: Participant’s Confirmation - Before proceeding, you will receive an email that will allow you to confirm your account.

- Indicate the number of debaters, adjudicators, and observers your institution will send. Then click save. Each institution is required to follow the N-rule. Note: For institutions who want to send more teams, please stay tuned for announcements regarding the waitlist.

Step 5: Summary of Registration Fees - Within two days of your request for participants, you will receive an email regarding teams granted.

- A summary of payments due is indicated this page. Please be reminded to settle your accounts on or before the dates indicated in the Tournament Invite.

Step 7: Participant Information

- Within two days of uploading the payment, the team manager will be notified regarding confirmation of payment and slots granted. On the bottom of the page, click the button that asks for “debate team/ adjudicator/ observer details”

- Completely fill out the participant details asked in the page.
