Moth is only 6mm long.Males live 7 days, females 14 days.

Eggs are only 0.5mm and can be found on underside of leaves or on the stems. A female can lay 260 eggs.

Young larvae are 1mm long and creamy yellow, after time they become greenish or sometimes reddish in colour and up to 7 mm in length. DESTRUCTIVEDuration: 8 to 12 days

Pupae are brown in colour. Pupation takes place in mines, on the leaf surface, or in the soil.Duration: 10 days
