Transfer References from RefWorks into EndNote
Login into your RefWorks account -
Under “Quick Access” select “Export”
Select the references you want to export (e.g. All or by folder). The Export
Format should be set for “RefWorks Tagged Format”. Select Export.
After you select “Export” a box should
pop up that says “Completed”. Select the
first “click here” link.
Save your references as a .txt file (Text file)
Upload Citations to EndNote
From the
Library’s
Homepage –
under
Research Help
select
EndNote
Create an account or Log In
Under “1 Collect” select Import references
Select your .txt file and under Import Options
select “RefWorks Import”. Under “To:” select
“New Group”.
Select the name of your group to view
your citations you imported from
RefWorks.
