THE COURT: Calling cases numbers 25 and 26 on
the calendar, Docket Number F-28901/08, in the matter of
Krichevsky.
No appearance by either party or counsel at ten
minutes of five.
Decision is rendered today in the absence of
parties' counsel. Final Order of Support is entered,
$2,045.00 per month, effective nunc pro tunc, November
3rd, 2008.
The next payment is due February 15th, 2010
through Support Collections Unit. Retroactive support is
set at $31,599.42, payable as to (inaudible) discretion.
Respondent father to reinstate health insurance
coverage for the subject child available through
employment. He has Oxford Health coverage available.
Unreimbursed medical split 13% by petitioner
mother, 87% by respondent father. Note, petitioner mother
will be directed to submit bills to respondent father
regarding unreimbursed medical expenses forthwith for
repayment of his pro rate share of those costs.
Counsel fees are authorized upon written notice.
