In 2010 Australia had 30,1 billions of dollars as income from tourism and was on 8th place.

Opera House is one of the top tourist attractions of Sydney.

1,5 milion peoples visited the Opera House during the year.

There are a number of restaurants in the Opera House complex.

Ayers Rock (Uluru) is a large rock formation in the middle of Australia.

 It is the largest monolith in the world. The local community requests that

visitors respect the sacred status.  

The Flinders Ranges link the Gulf St Vincent to the outback of South Australia. 

 The scenery is out of this world, particularly during spring when the wildflowers are blossoming.

The name 'Kakadu' comes from an Aboriginal floodplain language called Gagudju.  

Kakadu is a cultural landscape. Aborigines have lived in Kakadu for at

least 25,000 years.

The Great Barrier Reef is the largest coral reef in the world.

Washed by the warm waters of the South-West Pacific Ocean.

The Great Barrier Reef is of such pristine condition that it was listed by the World Heritage.

Fraser Island is the world's largest sand island.

Fraser Island attained its World Heritage Listing in December 1992.

The western shores of the island form a boundary of the Port of Maryborough. 

Tasmania is an island off the southeast coast of Australia.

Sometimes referred to as the Natural State, or the Island of Inspiration.

The capital of Tasmania is Hobart.
