Remove all pulp, flesh and other non-seed material.

Seed that is wet should be dried.Dry seed has only 7% moisture content.Air dry in the sun if you can.Food dehydrators may be used at temperatures

below 90 degrees -- don’t cook the seed.Be patient.

Store only clean, dry seed

Use re-sealable sandwich bags.Label the bag or put a label inside the bag.Store in a cool, dry place.Seed may be refrigerated or even kept in the

freezer.
