DESCRIPTION

67 year old female with longstanding loss of posterior teeth, and replacement with a removable partial denture. Pneumatization of the sinus required sinus lifting. Immediate load was rejected because of the sinus lifting, so implants were placed slightly sub-crestal for covered healing. Site was flapped for increased visualization.
