• Design for a 4,000 seat district stadium at Prospect underway
• Planning a 2,500 seat stadium at Wellington– This will allow Wellington to host home games
o Lighting at the Prospect and Wellington Sites• Athletics complex will be lit • Area at and around the school will also be lit • PSD will use directional lighting and LED technology
o Closing on the Wellington Property: January 25, 2019

(CMGC) to Manage Projects• Advantages include:
– Consistent management– Access to resources, including dedicated subcontractor
pool – Potential for acceleration of completion timelines on
new construction
o Anticipated opening: Fall 2022• The Athletics Complex at the Prospect Site is anticipated to
open in Fall 2021

• Available for view in Johannsen Support Services Center (JSSC) Lobby through February 15 and posted online
o Construction of addition to replace existing modulars will take place while school is in session• One modular will be removed before the 2019-2020 school
year • Two modulars will likely remain on site for the 2019-2020
school year, with at least one being removed for the 2020-2021 year
