Our GoalsCCFC's Child Essentials program

brings the basic necessities of life. like access to:

nutritious food, clean water,

sanitation facilities and healthcare – to children caught

in extreme poverty

Education for orphaned and needy children in Machakos The project is organized together with

Suvia Children's Home since 2009. The Home was started in 2006 to help

orphans and vulnerable children in Machakos and Mbooni districts whose parents were affected by HIV/AIDS and poverty.

The home currently houses girls only but also helps boys in terms of providing education.

York students collect shoes for needy children in Africa and the U.S.

A gift as simple as shoes can make a huge difference in the lives of children in impoverished regions,,

kids in Africa walk 5 miles in the desert to school. They get infections, they get bitten."
