The 3 essential principles are ; Responsibility , trust & respect.Responsibility is : Being able to do what's needed to accomplish something.

Trust : At New Tech we have to learn to trust everyone in the school , because if you can't trust anyone in your atmosphere then nothing will come together the way it should.

Respect : Everyone needs to respect each other. New Tech is different from other schools In a way as ; We are giving more opportunities to work as a class.

There are more group projects , so all of us as classmates can be given a chance to broaden our learning abilities.
