13th step – in case of a deferment (standstill) period longer than 12 months, it isnecessary to write „Stating a reason for the deferment (standstill)“. The maximumperiod of deferment (standstill) is 36 months.

Mark thesis as a final version

21st step – the thesis must be marked as „final“ and to sent to the CRZP (Central Register of Thesis). After the thesis has been finalized, it is not possible to edit it (or the abstract and license agreement).
