These meetings use Options security settings to ensure your privacy

Open the email from your provider (In this example, provider is Northern Spare)

Click the link below Join Zoom Meeting

Wait until you see a box appear on the lower left side of the screen Click on that box

Wait while the program installs

Click Join with Computer Audio

You can change the view by clicking Gallery View in the upper right

You’ll see

Gallery looks like this, if you’d like to change it back, click Speaker view

Meet with your provider as usual

Your provider will end the meeting when finished Click OK, then close your browser

To end the meeting yourself click Leave in the bottom right of the screen

Click Leave Meeting and close your browser
