Hey Love,It's Brit Tafoya here and I want to help you gethealthier by inspiring you to drink MORE water!Water is vital for the functioning of our body and

can drastically help us reduce the amount of calorieladen beverages that we tend to grab on a daily

basis.The average juice/soda has about 25+grams of

sugar and 130+ calories.Order something fancy at Starbucks and you're

already hiking up 300+ with just a tall!But beyond the calories...we need water!!

We need water to help our body flush out toxinsand this alone is  a big enough reason to start

gulping.If you are someone who has had a hard time

getting a healthy amount of water in daily(8+glasses at minimum) then I'm going to help youadopt this new healthy habit over the course of 7

days with ease,in thewater challenge!!

Before we getstarted..

Get 7 - 1 gallon jugs of water

You will drink 1 gallon a day.

That will be your water for the day.Your goal is to drink it through out the dayand finish it by the time you have dinner.

If you are out and about and you dont wantto carry a gallon jug around..

You can fill your water bottle with the waterfrom the jug.

This way you are still monitoring yourintake.
