What is Pride? “a feeling of deep pleasure or satisfaction derived from one's own achievements, the achievements of those with whom one is closely associated, or from qualities or

possessions that are widely admired. Or, consciousness of one's own dignity.”

What is Humility?•Humility is the quality of being humble. •Having or showing a modest or low estimate of one's own importance.•(of a thing) of modest pretensions or dimensions.

•Isaiah 57:15 ESV “For thus says the One who is high and lifted up, who inhabits eternity, whose name is Holy: “I dwell in the high and holy place, and also with him who is of a contrite and lowly spirit, to revive the spirit of the lowly, and to revive the heart of the contrite.”•Proverbs 15:33 “Wisdom's instruction is to fear the LORD, and humility comes before honor.”•Proverbs 22:4 ESV - “The reward for humility and fear of the LORD is riches and honor and life.”•Micah 6:8 ESV “He has told you, O man, what is good; and what does the LORD require of you but to do justice, and to love kindness, and to walk humbly with your God?”
