PHASE 2: Day 3-7

How to PREP for fasting fun?

• Choose number of days

• Get a fasting buddy (or group)

• Decide TYPE of fast

• Let whoever needs to know – know

• Get your gear and ‘food’ together

PRE-FAST

TAKE TIME TO PREPARE YOUR

BODY/MIND e.g.

• Cut down on protein (especially animal Protein) and heavy foods.

• Increase raw veg/salads.

• Introducing juices three days before the fast.

POST FAST

The post fast stage requires care in re-establishing a normal and natural diet & supplements.

(250-500mls)

5.30pm-6.30pm: Personal

7pm - 8pm: YOGA or Pilates

8.00pm Potassium broth (500mls)

1 x teasoon camu camu or 500mg

GREEN JUICE

Use whatever ORGANIC veg you can find e.g.

• Cabbage

• Green apple

• Celery

• Cucumber

• Spinach, kale or romaine lettuce
