special day, may your adventure start here with us.
Unique in style offering rustic charm and sophistication, a combination of chunky timbers, brushed black metals, timber
floors, large barn doors and floor to ceiling windows, overlooking estate vineyards new and old.
This unique DIY venue offers a list of our preferred event suppliers detailed within the package to help tailor your day,
providing you the flexibility to customise your wedding, to suit your style and budget.

Under 50 guests, the Vine Shed can arrange a smaller area within the venue,
offering a mouth-watering food & beverage package.

1.30am & into the next day up until 12pm to collect items)

Terms & Conditions
• An Initial Security deposit fee of $2,000.00 is required to confirm
your booking. Deposit is requested within 10 days, otherwise we
cannot guarantee your choice of date. A bond amount of $500 is
included within the deposit amount to cover any damages or loss to
the venues property, this amount is refundable if not used. Remaining
$1,500 is non-refundable
• Remaining payment 1 month before secured booking date. This
money is refundable if cancelled from this point onwards.
• Hire fee does not include - flowers or any styling equipment for
reception, food or beverages. Please refer to hire price inclusions
within the package.
• The reception must conclude by 12.00 am. No Alcohol beverages can
be served after 11.30pm.
• No glass allowed on the Dance Floor.
• We reserve the right to evict badly behaved or intoxicated
persons from the Vine Shed Venue & Cellar Door Property.
• There will be no responsibility taken by Vine Shed Venue &
Cellar Door for any loss or damage to personal property,
before, during, or after your Wedding.
• There is strictly NO SMOKING in the Venue & Cellar Door,
designated smoking areas will be assigned.
• Footwear must be worn at all times.
• Children are strictly the responsibility of their parents.
• Only biodegradable confetti can be used on the property
due to the abundance of wildlife.
• Champagne can be made available at an additional cost.
• Add on Spirits can be available for all guests or just a few.
An access to spirits stamp will be applied by the bar staff to
your guests wrists that have been allowed access to the spirits.
A list of these names will need to be provided by you for us
to arrange this.
• *The Vine Shed Venue & Cellar Door Beverage Packages is a requirement and is in conjunction with the hire process. Table service is available at an extra charge. Beverage package consumption is to commence once guests are seated or once the bar has been officially opened . *Drinks not part of your chosen beverage package will be available on purchase or if pre-arranged on a bar tab. Latest time of 5.30pm to start beverage packages. Once the 6 hour duration has expired and if before 11.30pm, an option to extend the package time is available at an additional cost - $5 per guest per hour for non-alcohol and $10,$15 or $20 per guest per hour depending on the alcohol package selected.• No BYO Alcohol or other beverages.• Alternate wines or beers are not available sorry, what is provided in the packages is what will be provided at the time.• * No alcohol to be served at the bar after 11.30pm. • If the number of guests selected for the Alcohol Beverage Package is lower than 10, then an option for a Bar Tab allowinga minimum spend amount of $500 can be introduced in place of the Alcohol Beverage Package and will be monitored diligently by bar staff.
• *Additional bar staff is available at an extra charge if you require table
service.
• *Preferred event suppliers are not compulsory you may source
your own suppliers.
• *A Dance floor is available if space is free once the table positions have
been pre-arranged on the ground floor of the venue. Details of availability
of the dance floor can be provided once table amounts have been
determined and pre-positioned according to guest amounts and bridal party
• *The ceremony area with wooden arbour and seating is not sheltered. You
will need to provide a marquee. An alternate option is available to use the
sheltered deck area on request.
• *Outdoor fire pit / weather permitting. Not to be used during
warmer days exceeding temperatures above 18.C
• *Pack down completed by 1.30am. The Venue must be removed of all
your own decorations and props etc. by 12pm that same morning/day.
• *Prices, beverages and package details are subject to change. Changes
to wines may alter. Changes to prices are not applicable if agreement &
booking has been signed prior and deposit has been paid.
Terms & Conditions
Venue providers involvement
• Details during your viewing of what the venue hire will offer on the day, according to your preferred selection.
• Tastings of your chosen beverage package.
• The venue hire booking form.
• *The invoice for the deposit amount of $2,000, which includes the bond amount of $500 to be refunded if not used. Deposit amount of $1,500 is non-refundable.
• Booking your wedding date into the system once the deposit has been paid.
• Examples of table and dance floor setup, according to guest numbers.
• An appointment to discuss your wedding day and what will be provided, including arranging site appointments with your wedding event providers.
• Invoices and confirming final numbers and additional services if needed, closer to your wedding date to generate final payment amount.
• Email and phone correspondence.
• Scheduling in a wedding rehearsal closer to your wedding date.
• Welcoming you to the venue on set up day and again on your wedding day. Then introducing the inclusion of bar staff to serve beverages once the bar has opened and to oversee anything you may need during the reception.

What you will need to arrange
• Booking in a wedding date by entering details into the venue booking form provided by the venue provider.
• Returning the booking form back to the venue provider to generate an invoice for the deposit amount to secure your wedding date.
• *Paying the deposit amount of $2,000 which includes the bond amount of $500 to be refunded if not used. Deposit amount of $1,500 is non-refundable.
• Organising your event suppliers, including catering.
• Attending appointments orgnised by the venue provider.
• Providing contact details e.g. caterers to the venue provider to organise site visits.
• Scheduling in a wedding rehearsal with the venue provider closer to your wedding date.
• Providing the venue provider final guest numbers regarding beverage packages and add-on`s before the wedding date, to generate the final invoice amount.
• *Paying the final invoice amount before your wedding date.
• Styling the venue the day before your wedding date.
• Taking your items with you that night and into the next morning once the reception has ended.
• Making sure that you enjoy your special day at the Vine Shed Venue.
