1. Apply pressure to foreheadand slowly pull your fingers apart, stretchingtheskin.Breathedeeply,inthroughyournoseandoutthroughyourmouth.Next,placeyourfingertipsonthetopofyourheadandrepeatthestretch.

2. Repeat this pattern starting at the top, center, and back of your head.Continueuntilyoureachthebaseofyourneck.

THESPINALFLUSH

Lean intoachairorwall,or lie facedown.Partner shoulddeeplymassageoneithersideof thespine, fromthebaseof theneckto thebottomof thesacrum.The thumbs are used to apply deep pressure in a circularmotion for about 5seconds on each point.Once at the bottom of your sacrum, your partner canrepeatthespinalflushor“sweep”theenergiesoffthebody.Fromtheshoulder,andwithanopenhand,yourpartnersweepsall thewaydowntheback,downthelegs,andoffthefeet,2or3times.

Placeonehandwithyourmiddle finger inyournavelandtheotherhandwithyourmiddle finger in your“third eye” (between your eyebrows).Push inandpullup.

1. Startwithyourhandsonyourthighs,withyourfingersspread.2. Inhale through your nose, bring your arms out and together in a prayerposition.Exhalethroughyourmouth.

3. Inhalingthroughyournose,stretchonearmupandonearmdown,pushingwithyourpalms.Hold,exhalethroughyourmouth,andreturntotheprayerposition.Switcharmsandrepeat.

4. Dropyourarmsdown,foldyourbodyforwardatthewaist,andrelaxwithyour knees slightly bent. Take two breaths before slowly returning to astandingposition.
