Challenge Goals

• Clark County team goal to become certified within one year instead of two– Need 280 supporting employers to reach goal of 351– Need 893 NCRCs to reach goal of 5,160

• Begin work toward maintaining certification– Improve NCRC levels for existing certificate holders– Add job profilers– Move employer support from “recognize” to “recommend” the NCRC

• Expand efforts to the rest of the state

• Clark County is first in the State of Nevada to pursue CWRC
