To promote, foster and develop the science and practice of constructing pipe lines.
To make membership a reasonable assurance of the skill, integrity, performance, and good faith of its Members.
To maintain the contracting standards for pipe lines at the highest professional level.
To promote safety and develop methods for the elimination of accidents.
To promote the protection of the environment and contribute to social and cultural development.
