THE INGREDIENTS FOR SUCCESS
One Event, Four Shows
Curated by:Co-located with
The Foodservice Show has been meticulously designed to be the perfect one-stop shop for today’s foodservice chef and buyer. Curated by the four leading chefs associations, The Craft Guild of Chefs, The Royal Academy of Culinary Art, The Association of Pastry Chefs and The British Culinary Federation, the Foodservice Show is the only UK foodservice event ‘by chefs, for chefs’.
The products and suppliers being showcased at The Foodservice Show are selected based on the needs of chefs from across the foodservice sector’s various channels including casual dining, fine dining, cost and public sectors, hotel dining and contract and travel catering.
A limited number of stands are available within set categories to food and drink manufacturers, suppliers and distributors of foodservice items across fresh ingredients, stocks, sauces and marinades, frozen foods, ambient goods, meat & fish, baked good, dairy products, beverages and snacks, grab-and-go and single serve items.Over the past decade, we’ve seen the foodservice market grow into the exciting, innovative and affluent £87bn industry it is today. This growth has seen it become the fourth largest contributor to the UK’s economy.
Whether you’re an artisan butcher or a national foodservice supplier, The Foodservice Show provides a national platform to promote and sell your products to the UK’s food and drink end users. With over 20,000 visitors expected, The Foodservice Show is the national foodservice event.
Additionally, The Foodservice Show offers the only dedicated hosted buyer scheme: The HRC Buyers Club. Bringing together the country’s leading foodservice F&B procurement professionals, who are required to pre-arrange eight ‘on stand’ meetings with exhibitors. The Foodservice Show invests in the fortunes of its exhibitors and the wider industry, to help drive a thriving foodservice market.

How does The HRC Buyers Club work?HRC provides qualifying buyers the opportunity to be hosted at the show to source, learn and network. All of this in exchange for eight pre-arranged thirty minute meetings on supplier stands.
Meetings are managed using a dedicated software system and exhibitors receive notifications of their meetings before the show has opened. HRC will target over 2,000 meetings, all set up in advance of the event.
Following a hugely successful launch at our sister events in Birmingham in 2019 we were able to recruit some of the most senior buyers in foodservice.
Members of The HRC Buyers Club are offered a package of benefits to drive recruitment, including;
1. Priority access to insight sessions and seminars across the event, including buyer only sessions
2. Exclusive social events at HRC where they can spend time with their peers and senior members of supplier staff
3. Accommodation and travel bursaries
4. Unparalleled sourcing opportunities; buyers have the opportunity to source from 900 leading suppliers

Who else might you meet amongst the 21,000 visitors to the foodservice show...
“We were so impressed with thequality of people at the show.
We managed to get face-to-face time with contacts we’ve struggled to get hold of. The show has also opened
up new avenues for us to explorethat we hadn’t even considered,
for example with the military anduniversity sectors. We came in
with one business objective and leftwith another entirely!”
