The Grand Bevy provides a high end cocktail and creative bar program for the luxury wedding and event markets across the country and internationally. We provide our services to a range venues, private estates, Country Clubs and major luxury hotel chains internationally. We also work with the nation’s top event event planners for the most exclusive events and clients in the word.

Our firm belief is that drinks are as important as food and require as much dedication, if not more. That is why we created a company that not only dedicates itself to that idea by brewing and infusing ingredients for weeks, but also has an entire management team to bring to fruition the highly creative art of mixology within the event environment.

In addition to our high end cocktail services we also design and provide a range of stand alone, specialized bar solutions. Most all our specialized bars have been designed specifically for a particular client.

Edible & Molecular Cocktails

The new face of food and beverage involves molecular science. The Grand Bevy will create the most incredibly delicious edible cocktails via a range of processes. These new delights are something that are unseen and we have only now begun to provide this service. It captures the essence of the cocktail’s flavor while adding texture and complexity.

Together with The GB’s distributor and local micro brewery contacts, we create a detailed and high end micro beer tasting bar. We also concoct a host of beer cocktails that are exquisite. Our beer expert is always on hand to discuss all the selections.

International Beer Bar

We design and operate a Single Malt Scotch Bar that consists of a variety of paired and high end single malts.

This is a fantastic stand-alone style bar to sip some of the world’s finest single malts paired by our expert.

Champagne Tower

One of the most elegant and timeless features of any event is the champagne tower. It is both decadent and luxurious.

We propose that on arrival to the reception both the bride and the groom top the champagne tower and let it flow.

Lets face it, this is a fantastic photo opportunity!

Tequila & Mezcal Cocktail Bar

In addition, we will have a range of proprietary citrus and savory elements that enhance the natural flavors of the chilled tequila.

At the Tequila Mezcal Cocktail Bar The Grand Bevy has a selection of what we feel are the world’s finest and most interesting tequilas and mezcals from which to create tailor-made cocktails.

At the Classic Bar your guests will get to taste the very cocktails that were floating around during this roaring 20’s.

Dripping with all of the authentic tools, spirits and cocktails from that era, The Classic Bar is a sophisticated and historic cocktail experience.

Brazilian Cocktail Bar

At the Brazilian Cocktail bar we make a host of traditional Brazilian Cocktails including the classics. From the range of traditional fermentations to simple fresh muddles, the Brazilian bar is a phenomenal experience.

The Anything Bar

At The Anything Bar we offer your guests a completely customized and personalized experience. We create a specific cocktail based on a few simple questions relating to your guest’s likes and dislikes and their current mood. This is a very personalized service and our staff will come to your guests providing a mobile personal mixology service.

We create a range of reductions, syrups, brews and infusions that sometimes take weeks to create.

Our focus is on creating each ingredient separately then building the drink itself.

Specialized cocktails are always a part of our service offering a selection of customized cocktails.

The GB Reductions

The Grand Bevy has a unique ability to make thousands of cocktails while not allowing a single guest to wait at the bar. This is the core of our skill. We do not batch or pre make any cocktail. All our beverages are fresh and made at the bar.

We also create cooked proprietary ingredient components that form the basis of the cocktails and require detailed preparation and kitchen work.

All our reductions are proprietary and unique organic creations.

The Grand Bevy is not a staffing company. We are made from a team of highly dedicated, skilled and passionate individuals who dress accordingly.

Our Bar Staff wear suits and we do not wear the traditional staffing or banquet black on black.

We wear what is appropriate for the event and our bar staff wear suits in a range of styles.

Aside from alcohol, The Grand Bevy makes fantastic drinks that are from both freshly squeezed juices as well as a host of infusions and delightful concoctions.
