“It is the most dashing of English estates. However, over and above the sophistication

and glamour, there is somethingundeniably British about Goodwood.”

“Every year we try to take a

country house hotel break and we find

ourselves loving The Goodwood Hotel

more and more. It is wonderfully located,

and part of a breathtaking Estate.

I have nothing but superlatives.”

With its unique bedrooms, well appointed

Health Club and leisure facilities, modern

technology and flexible meeting spaces, as

well as award-winning restaurants featuring

Estate reared and locally sourced ingredients;

no other hotel in the area compares with the

quality of hospitality and breadth of sports,

leisure and entertaining possibilities. At the

heart of the hotel, lies the 18th century former

coaching inn, which was used to accommodate

visitors to Goodwood House. The hotel has

91 bedrooms, some of which are located in the

historic, original part of the building, designed

to create a home away from home.

“As always the food in both the Bar & Grill

and the Richmond Arms was scrumptious.

All my guests agreed that the chef knew

what he was doing and the cheese from the

Estate was absolutely delightful.”

Whichever of the two award-winning restaurants

you choose, you’re guaranteed an experience

that is fresh, modern and bursting with flavour,

with ingredients sourced wherever possible

from Goodwood’s own organic Home Farm.

The Richmond Arms is a wonderfully intimate

restaurant, where traditional favourites are

enhanced with modern cooking techniques and

beautiful presentation. The buzzing, brasserie style

restaurant, the Goodwood Bar & Grill, is lively

and less formal, serving simple, light, delicious

meals and snacks.

Goodwood Home Farm provides much of the ingredients used in the dishes in the

hotel’s restaurants. This unique production of organic meats, milk and cheese creates a depth of flavour unrivalled elsewhere, with

a genuine link from field to fork.

“It’s paradise for anyone who ever had any interest in doing things

the right way. We have all heard about the motoring history, but when you go and

Golf at Goodwood.”

we worked so hard on the project.

Everything ran smoothly and the facilities of

“I unashamedly love Goodwood. I love the events – there’s more motorsport that you can see in a

day at Goodwood than if you were to travel the whole world with an F1 team for a year.”
