yourself from writing
It hasn’t always been blocked off.The door.The door in our hall.But today it is.I didn’t notice at first. The tape. The light coming from under it.And the smoke. And we thought it was the builders.Because of the noise.The knocking & the banging.But I knew it couldn’t be builders.Not when notes started coming from underneath it. Notes.“HELLO. Can you help me?.”
