RULES OF THE DAY 1. Age taken from 1st January, 2017
2. Hard hats to be worn and securely fastened whilst on horseback, complying to current British Standards, correct riding gear must be worn when competing. We strongly advise the use of body protectors in all jumping classes.
3. Objections to be given to the secretary with a £10.00 deposit within 15 minutes of the result of the class, money to be forfeited if sustained.
4. The judges decision is final.
5. The organisers, owners and occupiers of the land take no responsibility for any loss, damage, theft, accident or injury incurred in connection with this event to any person, animal, vehicle or equipment, whether caused by their negligence, breach of contract or in any way whatsoever.
6. Whips and spurs are not permitted in mounted games.
7. The committee reserves the right to refuse entry
8. Trophies to be held for 1 year. Recipients are responsible for returning them by 1st July 2018. Trophies must be signed for before leaving the showground.
9. The organisers reserve the right to alter or omit a class. Prize money may be reduced if there are insufficient entries to a class.
10. All dogs must be kept on leads at all times except when competing.
11. Please do not muck out on the field.
12. No horse/pony to be ridden amongst spectators.
13. No refunds
14. Horses and ponies entering jumping classes to be 4 years and over.
14. All dog owners must clean up after their dogs.
15. The committee strongly recommend that all competitors/riders/horse owners secure their own third party liability insurance.
16. No dogs in the entry tent please.
