• April15,2019-Deanwillinform,inwriting,candidate(s)oftheireligibilityforpromotionand/ortenure.

• August16,2019-Candidatefortenureand/orpromotionmustinformtheDean,

AssociateDean,andtheChairoftheHCOBFacultyAssemblyofintenttoapply.ChairofHCOBFacultyAffairs(orChairoftheHCOBP&TCommittee,ifpositionisheldbysomeoneotherthantheChairoftheHCOBFacultyAffairs)mustnotifythecandidate(s)ofthedeadlineforsubmittingportfolioandrequestcontactinformationforthosewhowillprovidelettersofrecommendationforthecandidate(s).

• September6,2019-CandidatemustsubmitcompletedportfoliotoChairofthe

HCOBP&TCommittee
