Katelyn Rich, at the age of 12, I was weighing over 170 lbs.  My self confidence was low and I was very self conscious about myself.  My mother and father took me to the doctor to see if I was ok, no blood disorders or thyroid problems.  The doctor said I was fine but the lack of exercise and eating improperly was the problem.  So we asked for a way to remedy the problem and his answer was eat from the 4 basic food groups and exercise.  Within a 6 month period I actually gained an additional 10 lbs.

Then came Herbalife, doing the Ultimate program part time I lost 10 lbs in 2 weeks.  Summer came and I got on the products full time, I went from an adult size 18 to a size 8 and I lost 36 lbs in about 6 months and I feel incredible.  Oh yeah I'm 14 now and a distributor with Herbalife!
