TEMS GLS LicensingAn instruction to the new and improved GLS web portal

The start page givesa basic overview ofthe account, including the number oflicenses, devices anduseage statistics.

You can also see notifications regarding,for example, licensesabout to expire.

One of the new featuresis the ability to create aCompany structure with a heirarchical tree of accounts.

It is possible to create sub-accounts connected to the main account.

You can also createsub-accounts of sub-accounts and so on.

In the Company structure view, five tabs shows Licenses,Devices, Users andLicense Useage on the selected account.

This is useful if you want information account level.

License Useage statistics show how many licenses there are on an account and how many of those are actually in use.

Results can be presented in charts or downloaded as an Excel report.

Reports can be configured by license type or date Range.

Under the Users tabyou will see a list of members of the accountas well as which account(s) or sub-account(s) they belong to.

It is possible to filter byName, Email, Accountor Status.

Select View to see more details or Editto edit member details.

To create a new userfill in the required details, choose a role and add the appropriate account(s) and/or sub-account(s) the new user should be part of.

When opening the Devices page, it shows device(s) managed by you.

There is no longerany need to search through all the devices on an account to be able to find your own device.

To register a deviceowner, find the device,select ”View”, then ”Edit”.

A drop down list will enable you to assignthe device to any member of the account.

If you like to see all devices on an accout select the ”AllDevices” link.

Devices can be filteredby ”Alias”, ”ID”, who itbelongs to or whetherit is active or has beenobsoleted.

The License page shows licenses ownedby the account.

This list will include all licenses on the main account and all sub-accounts.

Licenses can be filteredeither by selecting theSales Object number(SKU), Product name orProduct line.

To map a license go to your device and select ”Map license.”

Select the licenseOption(s) you would like to use.

Click on ”Select & continue” when done.

Before adding yourlicenses it is possibleto configure a time period for how longyou would like to usethe license(s) on that device.

Different license options can be set with different time periods.

The Servers page willlist all Servers that have been created on an account (incl. sub-accounts).

To find severs on a particular account use the ”Belongs to” filter.

To add a new server use the ”Add server” button.

To Add a server, select the type of server, give it a name, select the account it should belong to and click on ”Save”.

The Downloads page is where product software can be found and downloaded.

The software is seperated into various product categories.

Click on ”View” to access the different versions.
