What is Temperature QualificationThe qualification process involvescomplete identification of entire equipment involved inside the enclosed area including chillers,sensors, evaporators, cooling units, dehumidifiers etc. and study of the complete systemunder various conditions.
What is Temperature QualificationThe whole system is studied under various conditions:a. Empty conditionb. Fully loaded conditionc. 60-70% loaded conditiond. Power failure condition to study the duration for which the temperature will remain within control after a power failuree. Door opening conditions f. Start up verification process
What is Temperature QualificationIf a vehicle is qualified for2-8 DegreeCentigrade, it is meant that the entire storage area of the vehicle will maintain a temperature within 2 and 8 Degree with the current set of cooling unit, evaporator, sensor, controller etc.
What is Temperature QualificationIf a box is qualified for2-8 DegreeCentigrade, it is meant that the box will maintain a temperature within 2 and 8 Degree for a certain duration and the medicine shouldnot be kept for a longer duration
What is Temperature QualificationAlso critical conditions such asthe duration for which the door can be kept open etc.will be identified and correctiveactions will be indicated in the final report.
