At Avantika, we provide complete design and fit out solutions, specializing in offices and commercial spaces. An Office fit out has to be the right balance between functionality, design and budget. At Avantika, we carry an expertise of more than a decade in the field of office interiors.

About our services

We offer complete solutions for offices and commercial turn keyspaces for which our initial process includes discussions with the client, briefing, concept space - planning and budget estimate. The second phase includes refining the brief, concept development and costing of the project including furniture, flooring, ceiling, plumbing, electrical, data, lighting, air conditioning, finishes etc.

Following this, we place orders with our suppliers, coordinate with the sub contractors and other agencies.

When the company grows, the office need not grow in the same pace. In such cases we do office which can free refurbishment up existing space by rearranging and redesigning the office layout. This will spare the company from the cost and up heaval of moving to a new premise.

Our services can be tailored to suit the clients requirements, using some or all the services and process outlined above, with Avantika either working alone or alongside an Architect or developer.
