With reference to your application dated 19/10/2007 received trom Shri BhagubhaiMafatlal Polytechnic, we are pleased to offer you training in our Company as SandwichCourse Diploma Trainee under the Apprentices Act, 1961, on the following terms andconditions: -

1. Your training will be subject to your being found medically fit by our ChiefMedical Officer at the commencement of and during the course of your trainingwith the Company. '

2. You will be on training for a period of six months effective 20thDecember 2007to 19thJune 2008. You will be posted for training, anywhere in the system inMumbai Area.

3. This is only a training assignment and the same shall automatically standterminated after the expiry of six months period. During the training, yourrelationship with the Company shall be that of a trainee and at no point of timeshall you be considered to be having an 'Employee-Employer' relationship forany purpose whatsoever.

4. You will be paid a stipend ofRs. 1,700/- per month plus Food Allowance ofRs510/- per month.

5. Travelling expenses are not reimbursed as per the Company's rules either forjoining or on completion of training. During the training period you will have tomake your own arrangements for travel and accommodation, at your ownexpense.

6. You shall not at any time or times, disclose, divulge or make public, any of thetechnologies, processes, accounts, transactions dealings, etc. of the Company,whether the same may be confided or become known to you in the course of yourabove training or otherwise.
