As part of our manufacturing services, BPD ManufacturingSolutions offer a comprehensive spray and finishing facilityto meet specific customer requirements.

From our centrally located manufacturing facilities in theEast Midlands we, can project manage the process fromstart to finish, including prototyping, tooling and finishing.

The manufacturing facilities and processes are accreditedto ISO9001 Quality Management, ISO14001 EnvironmentalManagement and OHSAS 18001 Occupational Health andSafety Management Systems.

Our experienced and highly skilled workforce, combinedwith a dedicated quality management team, ensure eachproduct is finished to the highest standard. We can offerfull project management and customer liaison to establishthe best possible fit within your supply chain.

Facilities

As well as two linear spray lines which can handleproducts up to 7200mm long and 2100mm high, we alsohave 3 spray booths up to a maximum size of 8100mm.

We can work with a wide range of materials includingpolymers, metals and wood. Standard RAL and BS coloursare available and our in house colour blending service canprovide a bespoke colour matching service if required. Inaddition to this we can also refinish products which havebeen previously painted.

We also offer powder coating which is cured in house toreduce lead times. Our specially mixed hybrid coatingprovides the optimum mix of weatherability and adhesion.
