Supplemental Figure 2: Main architectural pattern seen in ccRCC with BAP1 loss is wide trabecular architecture (A, 100x), often associated with coagulate necrosis (B, 40x). The cells contain abundant clear or eosinophilic cytoplasm with well-defined cell borders. The nucleus are large (more than 21/2-3 times the size of lymphocyte), round, and centrally located, with uniform nuclear membrane, smooth chromatin, prominent eosinophilic nucleolus and often perinucleolar clearing (C, 400x, D, 600x).
