A full time professionaltraining course in storytelling
Course Leaders
Working both playfully and deeply we will uncover the storyteller that lives naturally within you so that you can go away with a foundation of ready-to-use storytelling skills.
This popular 5 week, full time course gives you the opportunity to learn or deepen your skills as a storyteller, as well as equip you to go out into your community, be it a school, hospital, neighbourhood, business organisation, old people’s centre, church or just your friends and family, and begin working with story.
Suitable for both beginners and those already on their way, the morning sessions cover the skills of telling traditional tales whilst the afternoons focus on facilitating story work in your chosen community.
Outline
The language of the course is English although there are opportunities to work in other languages too. The minimum age requirement is 21. No previous experience is necessary, just a love of stories and a desire to tell them.
