Steps to Fill Punjabi University Examination Form

1. Visit pupexamination.ac.in

2. Then Click on the Student Dashboard Login.

3. After that you have to fill your University ID and Password received by Government

Mohindra College, Patiala through message on your registered number.

Note. If anybody didn't received any message then he/she has to come to college.

4. After Login you will your form like below.

5. Now Click on Edit Registration Form. Step 1

6. After that new tab will be open to edit your details.

You have to select your Medium of Examination between English, Punjabi and Hindi.

and Registration Number. (e.g 714-2020-xxxx)

For Registration Number download B.A. - 1 English Section list available on

govtmohindracollege.in

7. Check your details carefully like Name, Father Name and Mother Name etc.

Select your Date of Birth and Category carefully.

Fill your previous class data.

8. Fill your Contact Information.

9. If you belongs to SC category and availed concession during admission make Postmatric

Scholarship - YES otherwise you have to pay full fees.

10. Check your Photograph and Signature

If you want to change your Photograph and Signature Un Tick the Check box on the left side and

upload new Photograph and Signature in jpeg format size less than 20kb.

11. Finally Click on the Update Record.

12. Now Step 2 Click on Lock Registration and then Proceed to Fill Examination Form.

13. After that click on Fill Examination Form (December 2020)

14. Now you have to select your subjects carefully. Fill all the five subjects you have taken

during admission. Select the name of the subject and then Internal and External both option

and click on add paper.

After adding the entire subjects click on Lock Papers.

Note. If you fill your subjects wrong then you will not able to edit them and your assessment

will be marked zero and college is not responsible for any mistake done.

15. Now your form is complete.

Note. You don't have to pay any fees to Punjabi University Portal.

After completion of the from take printout save it for future.
