Status Update of DGR empanelled Security Agencies for Maharashtra
as on 27 Aug 2019
DATA UP TO 14 AUG 2019
1. The data uploaded herein is compiled duly based on "Reports and Returns'
submitted by proprietors & their Principal Employer (including requisitions &
sponsorships)to /with DGR/DRZs.
2. Number of guards reflected against each agency is subject to minor revision(s)
especially ' Under Negotiation' (U/N) column based on differences (if any) between
number of guards sponsored by DGR/DRZs with due date vis-a-vis their
materialization as /if/when reported by the Principal Employer/concerned Proprietor
(the onus rests wtih the proprietors to report difference with documentry proofs).
3. All "OP" Security Agencies are requested to visit DGR/ nearest DRZ in person for
downloading Form 26 AS, get it signed by JD present at DGR/DRZ and thereafter fwd to
DRZ(South). This advisory is effective with effect from 15 Sep 19.

1. Refer Para 15 (b) of MoD OM – DGR New Delhi will issue Empanelment certificate for a
duration of three (03) Years or upto the age of 60 years (whichever is earlier) and will be
renewed based on compliance of MoD OM and other Govt. directives.
2. Following documents / details will be produced at the time of issuance / renewal of
empanelment certificate (in original):
• Aadhar Card
• PAN card
• ESM Identity card
• Copy of PSARA license
• Affidavit for security agency scheme (Original)
• Current Bank Account in the name of agency (Copy of passbook duly attested)
• Proof of office (Copy of Rent Agreement / Ownership documents & Landline Bill)
• Mobile number & Email ID
3. In case the Empanelment Certificate is issued (subject to receipt of all requisite/ mandated
documents) within 30 days of the date of PSARA, seniority will be fixed as per issue date of
PSARA. However, in case the Empanelment Certificate is issued after one month of date of
