Who Are We?• A local group with interest in both our history
and archaeology, officially formed in April 2011
• A group of enthusiastic, friendly, like minded individuals who want to learn about and actively take part in historical research and archaeological activities– Walks, talks, digs and trips– Research and projects– Share interests and experience

• Series of Trips and Events– “Sheffield Castle” tour 9th and 12th May– Long weekend trip to visit both Stonehenge and Avebury two of the most important pre-historic
sites in Britain, 9th,10th & 11th June– Tour of Mam Tor and Fin Cop Hillforts led by professional archaeologists ARS Ltd. 23 rd July

Baker (see contact details)• If you enjoy the event and like what we do then
why not become a member– Individual Membership fee £10 per year (April to
March)– Couples Membership fee £15 per year
