Download STAR-CCM+_CadClients*.exe from ISTF website under Software category.
Just right click on file and select “Run as administrator”.

Then click on Next.
Enter License server IP: 10.0.137.114
Then click on Next.
Click on Next.

Click on Next.
Click on Install.
Installation is in process.
Installation is Complete. Click on Done.
