• Building trust using 13 behaviours
Post-class assignments
• Buddies agree on coaching conversation(s) to share development and challenge
each other to put into practice what they have learned
• Participants share ideas with their manager on how to engage a current important
stakeholder in the coming two weeks. Agreements include an approach and timeline
