Crucifix Progress Photo. The carvers have been busy sculpting the image of Jesus for our crucifix. Their craftsmanship is remarkable and inspiring! They will continue with the finer details and then staining. The final component is the creation of the cross to fit the sculpture. We will keep you updated as we receive additional photos. We all look forward to installing our crucifix in time for the anniversary of the canonization of St. Juan Diego on July 31st. Thank you for your support and patience. The Crucifix Committee.

Social Justice Mass Intention You are invited to attend and pray at Thursday’s Mass for just immigration policies.
Immigration is a human rights test of our generation. It is also a defining historical moment for America. The meaning of this hour is that we need to renew our country in the image of her founding promises of universal rights rooted in God. (Archbishop Gomez, Immigration and the Next America, USCCB.org)

Closing of Building Fund Phase 1 We are very excited that we have the Crucifix ordered and it should be in the church late this summer. With that being accomplished, we will be closing the Building Phase I fund and put all our efforts towards Building Phase II, which is the current building campaign. In keeping with the intent of parishioner’s donations being for the construction needs of our parish, we will be applying all building donations to the Building Phase II fund starting on April 1, 2018. Thank you for your generosity and continued support of our building needs.
