Sten 1 Sport Sport signs a Representation Agreement with
its Agents / Partners / Collaborators of the Network.
Step 2 Sport Sport receives a Letter Of Intentions from the local
Customers of its Territories Representative in order to
evaluat new projects.
Step 3 Agents will define the figures and roles of the
participants of projects:
Local Organizer (in charge of Financial, Legal,
Security ,and Logistic support plus any other
Marketing activities.)
Sport Sport (is commited to Technical activities,
formation of local people, third parties negotiations
and agreements, international coordination if requiered
plus any other added valued services if requiered.
Step 4 Sport Sport will sign a Service Contract with the Local
Organizer (Agents can be Local Organizers themselves).
Contracts can be renewed but can not be transferred
to other parties. Local Organizer will be committed
and the sole resposable of the relationship with
its Customers. Sport Sport will be responsable only for
Contract definitions.
Step 5 Sport Sport and Local Organizers together will mantain
a firm and well defined good management control
of activities, both of them will be responable of the
follow up of the operations.
